Artist Launch materials

Artist Launch can move quickly when the basic material is ready. Not every package needs every item below, but missing material can affect the timeline, creative production, or how broadly the campaign can be tested.

  • artist name
  • release title
  • release date
  • main campaign goal
  • final master or private listening link
  • cover art at least as a square version
  • presave link before release or listening links after release
  • artist photos
  • music video, vertical video, or social clips
  • separate cover art elements if the cover will be animated
  • lyrics for lyric videos, captions, or lyric-led creatives
  • the song section you would prefer to use in ads
  • possible brand rules, fonts, colors, or label approval process
  • Spotify link
  • Apple Music link
  • YouTube link
  • Deezer, Tidal, or other important services
  • artist social links or website links if they should be included
  • most important target countries and languages
  • reference artists, audiences, or songs
  • genre, mood, and possible audience groups
  • previous campaigns, results, or audience data
  • Meta Business or ad account access if the campaign runs from the client’s own account

The campaign can often still start, but the scope is adjusted to the material that exists. For example, a light moving creative can be built from the cover art, but a lyric video needs lyrics and broader creative testing needs more photo or video material.
